Jabid, a recent graduate of the University of South Pacific with a degree in chemistry, is employed in quality control. Irshad, one of our founders, helped fund Jabid’s college education and now Jabid uses part of his earnings to help fund his brother’s college education. We have invested in the training of Jabid, so that he can make sure Kai-Viti meets world-class quality standards

Two of our neighbors have worked for us since day one. Their family’s property borders ours and they have enjoyed being a part of the development of the property since the very beginning. You will find them loading bottles onto the bottling line or packing bottles into cases with the same pride of ownership as our founders.
